Basic medical attention:
During the weaving process, natural raw wool may contain tiny filaments. These threads/fibers will eventually rise to the surface. There’s no need to be concerned; fiber loss is common in new wool carpets and will fade with time.
Use a vacuum cleaner for long-term upkeep.
Treatment for stains:
If the stain was created by a liquid, you must act promptly to prevent it from drying out – absorb with paper towels, then shampoo to clean. If you’re unsure, professional dry cleaning is always the best option.
