Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS : All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Items purchased on the internet can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. The item’s price will be returned minus a 15% restocking fee. If you return an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, your shipping charges will be repaid.

  • – All products must be in perfect working order and exhibit no indications of use.
  • – Please contact us through email within 5 days of receiving your item if you desire to return it.
  • – For a full refund, please return undamaged items to us within 14 days.
  • – The buyer is responsible for the shipping expenses associated with returning the goods.

RETURN PROCESS : To return an item, please email customer service at  this forum contact us or bu out email : [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

  Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use the prepaid shipping label, $20.00 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.

REFUNDS After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
